Shipping policy

ArtPaperWonders LLC is committed to processing and shipping orders quickly and securely within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Personalized items: 1–3 business days
Non-personalized items: 0–3 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Choose from the shipping options available for your order at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping transit time is separate from order processing time; selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

We offer fixed shipping rates for U.S. orders:

  • Standard: $5.20
  • Priority Mail (estimated 2–3 business days in transit): $8.90
  • Express: $25.00
  • Free Economy shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more.

All rates above are in U.S. dollars. Selected products have free Standard shipping with no minimum order. If your cart combines products with different shipping rules, the available options and total shipping charge may vary. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Digital downloads do not require physical shipping and have no shipping charge.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

ArtPaperWonders LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider. However, we are committed to assisting our customers and will make reasonable efforts to help resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
