Non-personalized items: 0–3 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS (Parcel Select Ground or Priority Mail) or UPS Ground depending on package weight and size.
Shipping method is automatically selected at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

ArtPaperWonders LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider. However, we are committed to assisting our customers and will make reasonable efforts to help resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
