Personalized Engraved Clipboard — Custom Name or Logo Gift for Teachers, Nurses, Coaches & Office Staff

A personalized clipboard in leatherette, laser engraved with a name, a title or a logo, on the front or on both sides. It holds standard letter-size paper and gets used every day, so it is a practical gift that still feels personal, and the name keeps it from walking off. Engraved to order in our family shop in Maryland.

Who it's for

• Teachers and school staff: a teacher appreciation gift with their name and room number, for teachers, aides, librarians and school nurses.
• Nurses, doctors and clinic teams: a nurse gift with name and credentials, for Nurses Week, a new job or nursing school graduation.
• Coaches: a coach gift for the sideline or the dugout, from the team at the end of the season.
• Office managers, receptionists and front-desk staff: a desk tool that looks like a gift rather than a supply.
• Real estate agents, inspectors and field teams: a branded clipboard with the company logo for showings, inspections and site visits.
• Employees, volunteers and event staff: logo clipboards as corporate gifts, new-hire welcome gifts or volunteer thank-yous.

Occasions

Teacher Appreciation Week, end of the school year, back to school, Nurses Week, nursing and medical graduation, end-of-season coach gifts and team banquets, Administrative Professionals Day, Boss's Day, employee appreciation, new job, promotion, retirement and Christmas.

What you can engrave

• A name and title: "Mrs. Johnson · Room 204" or "Emily Carter, RN"
• A coach line: "Coach Davis" or "Head Coach · Varsity Soccer"
• A message: "Thank you for a great year" with the class or team name
• A logo: school, clinic, team or company logo, with a department name if you like. Logo setup is free.

Front only or front and back

The front is the clip side. The back is the smooth reverse side, and it stays visible whenever the clipboard is carried or set down, even with paper on the front.

Choose Front only (clip side) for one engraved side, or Front and Back (both sides) for $3 more. A popular combination is the name on the front and a large logo, a thank-you message or the team roster on the back.

Add your text or logo details for each side in the personalization box. You approve a proof before we engrave.

Frequently asked questions

Is a personalized clipboard a good teacher appreciation gift?

Yes. Teachers use a clipboard every day, and an engraved name makes it theirs. Many schools and parent groups order one per staff member for Teacher Appreciation Week or the end of the year.

What is a good gift for a nurse?

A clipboard engraved with her name and credentials, such as "Emily Carter, RN". It works for Nurses Week, a new job or nursing school graduation.

What should a team give the coach at the end of the season?

An engraved clipboard with the coach's name on the front and the team name, season year or player names on the back. Parents often order it together from the whole team.

Which side is the front?

The front is the side with the clip. The back is the smooth side without the clip.

Can you engrave both sides of the clipboard?

Yes. Choose Front and Back (both sides) when you order; it adds $3. Put the text for each side in the personalization box, and the proof shows both sides.

Can each clipboard have a different name?

Yes. Each one is engraved separately. Add the list of names to your order.

Can you engrave our company or school logo?

Yes. Logo setup is free, and you see a proof before we engrave. Black/Gold, Black/Silver and Blue/Silver give the sharpest metallic contrast for logos.

Can I order just one?

Yes. There is no minimum, and a single clipboard gets the same proof as a large order.
