Ordering and shipping

This pen is engraved in Maryland, in our Eldersburg shop, where our family business has worked since 2018. There is no minimum. Most orders leave within 1 to 3 business days, large corporate ones within 5 to 10.

Is this pen refillable?

Yes, it refills with standard Cross ballpoint refills, black or blue — the pen is made to be used, not shelved.

Can each pen in a set have a different name?

Yes. This pen is engraved individually like the rest, so a set can have a different name on each. Send the names with your order for a proof.
