Which name plate fits this wedge?
The 8 1/2" wedge takes the NP8 plate (7 1/2" x 1 3/4"). The 10 1/2" wedge takes the NP10 plate (9 1/2" x 1 3/4").
Is the name plate included?
No. The wedge and the engraved plate are separate items.
